Another sneak peek, this time it's the Meadow Tileset from YI. It does not yet include the boulders. Also excuse the small amounts of cutoff here and there, that appears in YI as well. You have to blend all of the fill tiles to hide that as best you can.

I don't know actually, I've been doing my own YI rips over the last few days and I only not long finished porting this one. This tileset wasn't in the NEW SMBX CGFX Pack, so that was the one I started with.

It's too bad your work has no meaning as it's already made in the GCGFX pack, I can't say it's "nice though" because it's already been done.
The World 8 tiles haven't been ripped though.

Well that was kinda rude now saying his work has no meaning.

Yeah, that's on the to do list.

Now, here's the tileset again, but with the boulders. All of the boulders are big BGOs that line up perfectly with all blocks in the tileset , plus you can line up invisible blocks over the edges of the boulders perfectly without messing with auto-align.

Yoshi's Island is so great. I loved the tilesets. This would actually truly get me to do an SMBX Episode/project based on Yoshi's Island. I would do that no poblem.

Aww gosh..

Also, this has been made (partially) before by Red Yoshi, though in all honesty, it isn't easy to work with. There's too many pieces, and it's missing a lot of stuff at the same time.

I think it can be easy with PGE's Custom Tabs.

Oh I know that, but mine consists of blocks with only one BGO for the flat grass top and of course larger BGOs which make up the full size of each boulder. Red Yoshi's version is more complicated if you were someone who didn't wish to use PGE at all for whatever reason.

I would love to see a complete set of the YI graphics. Like I said, I would make a project and drop everything Super Metroid for the time it takes to make that.
