Some good news: Tomorrow my state is going to reduce the eligibility age to 40 for vaccines, and by April 5th every adult can get it ahead of Biden's current May 1st deadline.

Well, I managed to get two vaccination dates in mid-april and late May.

Because of the hybrid schedule my school has in place due to covid, there's only so many students in one classroom at a time, in one of my periods, there's only three students, myself included, and we sit spaced apart as well, and I'm literally the only one on the bus besides one other kid, we don't even eat lunch at school either, we just take it home with us instead

You have school? I'm in my house throughout the whole pandemic and I just came back to SMBX as I speak.

Yeah, but we only go on the bus to school for Thursdays and Fridays, the rest of the week we stay at home online

I was wanting to get the J&J vaccine because it was just one shot, but the US recently recommended a pause on distribution. It seems weird they'd stop it over 6 blood clot cases after 7 million vaccinations.

Huh. Online classes? I rarely attend because of my poor Internet.

Isn’t it mandatory to be attending them? Pretty sure that works with bad internet also.
Unless your school is okay with that.

Today is some sort of "conmemoration day" for the corona deaths in Germany.

It's a big cynicism that politicians initiate this, bc they are to blame in the first place (especially federal prime ministers). In reaction, some people place candles in front of government buildings as a symbolic protest

Our school gives out wifi routers if we have problems with the internet at home or don't have any internet

Then why is it a 3+ month distance? That's actually common for Astrazeneca.

Maybe the logistics are messed up.

I can confirm this, I myself work at a logistic and currently there are many problems with sending out anything customers want.
It also depends on the Package Logistic if they can deliver it further or not.

Many return to us, because they can't deliver it because of the pandemic.

Got my second Pfizer shot last Friday. It had some nasty aftereffects (exhaustion and headaches) for about a day and a half, but I’m back in commission now. Pretty exciting stuff

I'll have my turn 1 month later as I stated
