I'm missing the depth at the statue. Maybe another darker shade would do it. Other than that, it's really good.

I think it is ok as it is right now, I could see what to do though.

Give the Statue a few broken parts. That might look good.

Does it look better?

Looks good, but I feel as if the banner should have more of a tear than a soft hole that it is now. Make the edges a little more jagged and don't make it as wide as it is now, and it should be the perfect tear.

How I think the rip in the banner should look. It looks too wide to be honest, it should be more of a tear. If it was a big rip like that, the right portion of the banner should be sagged a bit.

Still looks cool regardless, just my personal preference.

I was actually going to do it myself, but since you did it yourself I think there's no point, unless I can actually manage to make it better. Thanks for your feedback.

You actually probably could make it better since my graphic designing isn't that great.

That actually looks a bit better, the tear in the center was fine but I kind of like it without the tear.

I kinda forgot about the tear. I could add it though, but I think it is ok as it is now. Thanks.

If I would use this, I'd simply use all three of the variations because they all look good, and having more background variation never hurts. They would look good as BGOs.

Good drawing. I'm not liking the wood pattern though... There's something odd about it.

Should I say welcome back? I mean, it has been a long time since the last time I've seen you online or actually post anything.

Getting On-Topic those sprites look awesome Dragonmaster146! I think the shading on their heads look a bit too SMB3ish though, I would remove one of the palette's colors. Other than that it looks pretty cool.

Also, since nobody else suggested anything for my castle tileset I decided to start working on a fortress tileset, which probably won't take me too long to finish. Any feedback you guys could give me on this early preview?
