That's not possible with the rocket. Probably. To make the rocket, I've sent the player to somewhere where you can't see him with an istant warp, so it looks like the player "entered" in the rocket. This means the rocket is impossible to control.Radishl wrote:Looks so hyped, will that be a sequence in which the rocket flies in the air and you have to avoid baddies?

If you use the flying secret NPC, you actually can make a rocket sequence like that. I remember as303298 uploading something like it on his channel.RudeGuy07 wrote:That's not possible with the rocket. Probably. I can make something like that with the carpet (which replaces the npc-290), though.

I really like the idea of the taking the rocks from the SMB3 cave background and using it as ground decoration. That YI's tree that's in front of Mario looks a bit too detailed compared to everything else, if anything, just make the outline for it thinner so it'd fit in; that's up to you though, it's not that unfitting. And does that piranha on the sizeable hurt you or is it just a BGO?Superiorstar wrote:Level I have been working on for the past 3 days.Spoiler: show
Eh...yes, you are right about that ^^. I said in the past, that I don't like to add any more SML2-inspired levels, but I just wanted to do that one. And one thing I know for sure, is that I will add two more SML2-inspired levels in the future, that I forgot I already had planned to add since two years.h2643 wrote:Let me guess - it's Macro Zone from Super Mario Land 2?
Background looks pretty good, though!
Oh sweet, you got a working mobile version going. I know it was going to happen, but this is great this is already functioning somewhat. Shame I don't use mobile devices much for this sort of thing. I didn't realize you'd already ported my other "Dream Gardens" sprites yet either, at least it is one less thing I need to do.Wohlstand wrote:Small level made on the smartphone!Spoiler: show
That looks utterly amazing, definitely can't wait to see the level that goes with that BG.Sednaiur wrote:A new level background I just made for my upcomming level:It took me nearly 4 hours to do. Yeah I made those Piranha Plants as BGOs, sort of like the ones in the Desert underground of M&L:PiT, though it would be kind of cool if it were an interactive BGO/NPC. I might keep that in mind.Txunere wrote:I really like the idea of the taking the rocks from the SMB3 cave background and using it as ground decoration. Everything than I posting into "PGE Default" config pack which I wish use as standard and default config pack for PGE which will be used by users which learn PGE and wants make own game. "PGE Default" - is a community sandbox for GFX designers.Squishy Rex wrote: Oh sweet, you got a working mobile version going. That screen looks quite nice, I like the graphical choices. I think there should be more enemy variety, though.icez wrote:WIP Screen Shoot of level 4-2 of my Project Titled Tyrano JungleSpoiler: show
