Blarggs and Bowser's flames and any different flame, wart's bubble and hammer bro's hammer, are live shields like Bowser or Wart

I'm doing a thing like that with propeller blocks in my "hardestleveleverayylmao" level. You have to do it with a propeller block (which is way easier than a key, but still hard)

If you spam powerups on yourself for a long time, you will have invincibility for a little bit!
(May only work with a smb2 clock?)

You can jump off the air on the first few frames when you exit an instant warp.

If a green spiny is launched out of a pipe, it will kill the first thing it touches as if it is still being launched.

If you set a block's speed with Lunalua, it won't actually move. However, it will apply the movement speed to anything on top of it, acting like a conveyor. It works on slopes too, so you can make an escalator out of it. Setting the Y speed to a negative number causes anything on top to bounce.
Moving layers overwrite the speeds so it only works on non-moving layers.

Wow. Now, finally someone can properly recreate the escalators seen in a lot of SMW's castles.

You can also make conveyor-blocks much faster than normal conveyors, which are fixed at 0.8 speed. Lots of potential there.

Oh yeah, I found about this when I was trying to do some weird moving block thing. it's a really cool trick!

Spinjumping on a Boo while inside deactivated player blocks will cause the player to die. Haven't tested other NPCs, although I think the effect would likely be the same

I came across a weird glitch involving invisible blocks. I don't know if this was already known, but if you change powerup-states while in the spot where an invisible block is, it gets "hit" and you get pushed down. It also works with any powerup and even reserve powerups from your item box.

If you use wariotime on walking NPCs underwater, they will continue on their path and ignore collision.

If you throw an NPC that doesn't have gravity in a defined direction in that direction, it will just keep flying in that direction. For example, if you throw a thwomp left or right if will keep flying left or right. This also works with generators. And if you do this with a vine, it will send you in the direction you threw it. This has been partially mentioned by other people.

Oh yeah, I need to make a level that abuses that vine gimmick, but it's quite hard because you can ruin the level by throwing the vine the wrong way. I'm pretty sure Sux already did that gimmick first in Leafage Passageway though.

Ducking, and releasing down does the same thing.

The point of my post was hitting the invisible blocks.

If a Lakitu sends out POW blocks, it will defeat itself when the npc spawns.

Same thing goes to SMB3 Hammer Projectiles, SMB3 Fireball Projectiles, Zelda 2 Sword Beam, Yoshi's Ice Cube, Yoshi's Fireball and such...

There's an odd feature called "2 Player Game." I have no idea what it's for or why it was put in the game.
