Are you downloaded it or you trying open dummy file and download still in process (look into browser's downloads list)

Okay, try to re-download it, I just re-uploaded zip, but I extracted all files and packed by RIGHT packer

I think Nintendo took it down because they could see the Mario graphics inside the zip and I don't think the installer would have that problem
if you want I can make a installer for you

He meant that DCMA request made by fake person without confirmation of rights (for example, in Russia to make similar request, right-holder must confirm his rights with a document. Even RosKomNadzor will ban site immediately. So, fake complaints are avoided). Even I found where some person explained his experience with DMCA request to Google (he wanted to remove some urls from search), and he tried, and also told that he can't confirm his rights. After some hours Google have been removed those URLs from search. So, it's a hole which also allows anyone kill even legal stuff by fake DMCA requests.

ok then try hosting on a different website maybe if that is the problem or self host it - not unless you already tried that cause i cant remeber

Because some people has troubles with downloading, I made 7z-version and splited 7z version which has 3 50-MB parts (last one has ~30 MB size).
