I think it's about the enemy itself being from SMBX and not the GFX. Valtteri just ripped the SMW frames because it looks better.

SMBXxer all of the ranks that appeared are the VANILLA Graphics in smbx. The Kamikaze Koopa is from smw but part of the Smbx Vanilla Graphics. And if you don't know what Vanilla means then use a custom graphic which replaces the kamikaze and you see it.

So in and out the smw bowser won't appear bc he is not part of the Vanilla Graphics in smbx. Only smbx ones appear.

Oh. I thought that "Kamikaze Koopa" meant the Koopa with the cape that flies around.

The SMBX Kamikaze Koopa did omit frames from the original SMW version. I used all the frames from SMW in the GIF.

I asked this before and it caused a shitstorm but hopefully this time I won't.

Can you please remove the spinning shell rank? It hurts my eyes every time I see it, and of course there's the whole seizure thing.
The last time I brought this up, I only said it can cause seizures but maybe if I give sources this time it might make you guys re-consider.

While I have to admit that the likelihood of this happening is very small, it can still happen, and is that really something you want to be held responsible for? True, you could simply block .gif images, but that ruins the purpose people use the forum for. To look at episodes, post projects, graphics, etc. The SMBX boards are useless if you can't view images to see user content, as well as post your own.

In addition to this, it's worth noting that people with autism (and there are a lot with that condition here, including myself), have a high rate of photosensitivity. To most people here this isn't relevant, but to me it is. When I see images that are flashing or extremely fast (like that rank), my eyes being to twitch. I have no background history of seizures, nor do I think I have epilepsy at all, but the image does bother my eyes, and it's even more annoying when I'm scrolling down a thread and the rank appears in the corner of my eyes.

Furthermore, I suggest you look up Photosensitivity and epilepsy related information.

Joey argued in the past that the image is too small to cause a seizure. I'd like to see sources that confirm this, and even if this is true, the image isn't exactly small.

Now, I'm not trying to "control everything" like I was accused of doing the last time. The reasons I'm requesting the removal is because people (besides me) have been affected by the image, and also because it poses as a health concern.

It takes less than a minute to go into the ACP and change an imageset. Rather than risk lives because of it.
