To be fair, I also have 2 SNES emulators and they work differently as in SNES9x has better sound outputs unlike the ZSNES one and ZSNES is banned for speedrunning... source about banned emulators relative to speedrunning, somewhere in this link!Linik wrote:Erm, why do you have two SNES emulators? Having both bsnes/Higan/Snes9X and ZSNES can be pretty useful since the former are better quality emulators overall, but ZSNES is the only one that can run many older Super Mario World romhacks since they weren't developed with accurate emulators in mind (since they didn't exist at the time).

I guess thanks to this thread, I can ask about certain programs. What's Effect Tool and Mario Editor? Mario Editor is basically a level editor made by Hello Fangaming where you can build levels using his (shitty) engine! I don't know about effect tool, but judging by the icon I'm assuming it has something to do with SMW hacks.
