This pack works with all SMBX versions I think, you'll need to converts the graphics to .pngs for the 1.4 versions though.

Well now I realized that the graphics are .gif files, and I was testing it on version 1.4.4, I was dumb and didn't notice

An update will be coming soon that will for the most part modify this Pack so it is more suited to X2 as opposed to legacy SMBX. Please not there will not be a 1.9 release, however will be advanced directly to 2.0. There will be a few new things added overall, but not as much as what you would have seen in previous updates. You may find that some stuff has been completely removed, and this is due to X2 having new objects which would make some of my previous work pointless and just taking up space. Will there be amazing lua stuff, uh, not really no, I'm still trying to find time to get my head around it, so until I can confidently produce quality lua stuff, I won't be releasing anything along those lines.

In terms of being updated in the legacy style of things, it won't be. However, with that said, I am working on an update that overhauls everything in an effort to work more cleanly an efficiently with SMBX2 in mind. The last update (1.8) was released prior to the conception of SMBX2 and therefore means everything therein conforms solely to legacy SMBX, which of course needs to be rectified. There will be new content as well, and hopefully a lot more polish on the older content.
