IMO the best CC was CC6. I love that contest, because until tier 1 levels are funny. And that contest was fair. ( I placed 12th )
I didn't like CC11 and CC7 only. ( There I placed 26th and 3rd ) CC9 IMO has amount good levels low placed and not so good high place. But Tribal Moonlight Transition deserved to win. the top3 ( Tribal, Uprising and Celestial Sandstorm ) are part of best level I played.
I hope the will we the best contest. Since we have a long time without contests so I'm waiting amazing levels.

I understand CC3, and I do recall that no one really had a good level except DarkYoshi, I mean the winning level wasn't much of a winning level.
I usually call CC6 the worst because of how everyone except the Tier 5 had did good (sorry Bossedit8 ;() and of how obvious it was that Sezixor would win, Valtteri had no chance.
I don't really know what happened in the KNUX forum, but I wasn't really interested on how weird the results were (does someone still have the reviews so I can make fun of Valtteri).
I'm not really a fan of CC11 either, it's getting a reference way too many times now, CC7 did turn into disaster because of the whole problem with castlewar's review, and since Ace's score got a higher rating than Chad, Ace won the contest.
But at least CC7 was the last contest when Talkhaus members sent crappy joke levels.
I agree with you on CC9, the crappy levels were way too much, Shinbison-Kof was unbeatable with 3 10/10s and that's why he holds the current record high (9.57/10).

I do have a top 10 prediction, but of course it would change when Bias occurs (one from this prediction is revealed):

Actually 22, I sent mine earlier this morning.
I think he's very busy so he can't update the list that often as usual.

FrozenQuills? Well, I can't say if he's a good or bad level designer since I only see one level than him made ( Another Typical Lava Level ).
But is a truly above average designer, I'll be happy if he improves your design like Harvey36Dice/andialifbatara I think.
I don't know who will send their levels, but the top10 should be something like this:

I couldn't agree more.

In fact, I don't think there will be alot of submissions that used Lunalua, I usually focus on the design and ideas of the level, maybe a hard challenge at times, but it's not always about Lunalua.

No it wasn't, CC9 had a LOT of joke levels from Talkhaus users (Memo, The Easiest Boss Fight Ever, Philosophical Introspection, etc.)
I like how they submitted a bunch of joke levels and then complained when they were taken our of ToB8 xd
