Hey, nothing wrong with that. Since she's a dog, her age is equivalent to like 60 in human years.

It's legal, it's just that they can't post. The COPPA group definitely needs to have proper restrictions put in place. Also just throwing it out there that 13 and 14 year olds really aren't going to be much better for mature discussions.

Not true. There are websites that are specifically supported for younger audiences.
Shmuckles97 wrote:The COPPA group definitely needs to have proper restrictions put in place...
Agree

Honestly, this forum can have younger audiences but the problem is by having a lot of profanities surrounded the areas and that's kind of a problem for them. If they can actually deal with those informations then it's ok but if not then it's sadly the case.

The point of forums is to post though...?
Anyways, yes it can, people usually mature with their age
It's globally accepted everywhere, and for good reasons why

Just because it's meant for younger audiences doesn't mean that it's not legal
There are places online where it's meant to share ROMs and such, but that's illegal

But only for specific websites though. It's just if you really want to access to those websites or not that has those contents in it. Of course younger audiences have less knowledge when it comes to the internet but they can almost always go to the parents to make sure that they won't earn such issues while trying to access it.
Vinyl Scratch wrote:There are places online where it's meant to share ROMs and such, but that's illegal
...but it wasn't shut off just by doing something like this. I can see that it is invalid to have right here but peoples do that anyway so they just simply bypassing that law.
