Oh cool, a new update. Can't wait to get stuck into the new chapters.

It's been a bit too busy around here than I'd like to admit. I've been sorta out of it because I'm getting into the routine of work and stuff. So yeah.

Chapter 24 is here. Pretty long. Not much else to say on that.

As for subscribers, I don't know what to do anymore. I'll come up with something (you won't have to resub or anything) but I definitely can't stick to a weekly schedule. More on that later.

I definately want to see more of this - I like this comic much more than any other I have seen on this forum.

Agreed, it's been around for so long, and it is always pretty interesting. It would be a shame to see it end.

Cool. I'd have to agree with you, because there aren't many comics that feature squishy round guys that live in a floating ball brutally murdering dark beings. And you definitely don't see sweet and sour chicken saving the day anywhere else, so...but anyway I hope you keep reading and I also hope everyone enjoys future episodes. Chapter 27 is admittedly done, but I'm holding off on releasing it for now (releases Saturday the 25th) so there's a bit of a buffer between episodes.

Best episode yet. I love how you have such serious and creepy parts in one episode, and VERY entertaining parts in the next. Keep it up!

That KA boss battle was a brilliant concept, and the Boss: REKT in my opinion was hilarious. That certainly would have been cool to see in KA or even a hack of it. I certainly didn't expect that to be the mini-game though.

It is with a heavy heart that I must inform you that I have finally made the unbearably difficult decision to put CFA to an end. For almost 2 years now, CFA has done nothing but waste my time, with not even close to enough response to provide any clear benefit. To the 3 of you who followed the series, I do thank you. You were the only ones who really did give me some motivation. But eventually, the same people responding, no offence, grows stale and my motivation soon runs dry. I'm not trying to sound rude here, but CFA simply did not have enough attention (no matter what I tried, be it streaming or advertising) to make the hundreds, maybe even a thousand hours worth it. Rather than continue to waste my time, I've decided to cut the series off right here, right now.

Each episode takes me hours to make. It takes around 4-5 hours to make something people will spend less than a minute reading. Furthermore, while the series was flawed (lack of action, stale frames, too much dialogue, bland story, unoriginal characters, uninteresting visuals, etc), I had no reason to improve it. Why would I spend more time on something I wanted to spend less time on? There's no reason to. People have pointed out time and time again that I'm basically killing myself over spending hundreds of hours on something hardly anyone cares about.

As of today, this series is over.

It's always sad when a beautiful thing dies. RIP CFA, we'll always remember you.

I am kind of wondering why you removed everything from the first post though - that really seems pointless.

This topic can be locked now. CFA will be returning in a month or so with a bunch of new episodes, but I've decided to make it Observatory-exclusive once again. Posting CFA elsewhere has essentially stolen forum activity.
