The one on the left is objectively white and gold, and the one on the right is objectively blue and black. I don't think there can be any question about that.

Hard to believe that a screen device with such level of brightness change could only be perceived in the dress case.

I guess so, with the gold. I don't see blue as white anywhere in the right-side picture though.

They're both blue and black to me, albeit different shades of those colors.

I still prefer my troll example... my girl being in all four colors! HAHA!

Really? Are people that color blind? I can clearly see that the dress is black and blue, however the lighting change how the black looks into a gold like hue. Same with the blue, except is the hue's white. Honest, I think the dress is black and blue, the lighting makes it look odd.

i know that its blue and black, but it looks cyan and gold to me ._. wierd. but thats probably just the lighting, so it looks gold and white to me.

yess dude, the dress is totally yellow and cyan. i don't see what all those idiots think it being blue and black colored.
