it's kinda hard to give more reasons when the staff isn't fucking doing anything, you can't list pros you can't list cons about the inactive staff members because they're simply not there. that's like the teacher announcing a new student and you assume he/she will bully the fuck out of you even though you haven't laid eyes on them. and having inactive staff is like going to classes without a teacher, we need them to be there to do their job a good majority of the time, why would you let a teacher keep their job when they're practically, never here? my examples aren't really needed but I'm trying to prove a point

and many users have explained why we need different staff a million times but nothing's being done about it so there's not much point in wasting our time typing up more and lengthy reasons as to why the staff team should be rehauled, all we can do is keep it simple and hope we get answered and listened to and usually having a large quantity of people complaining and agreeing on an issue helps, though sadly, that's not the case here

Not sure what you're saying "isn't getting done," though. Sure, we could demote the inactive staff members. Hurray. Then what? Is there anything else you guys are even complaining about than people with rainbow usernames?

Darkmatt for starters. Can't anyone else approve people's privileges to submit levels for judging?

DarkMatt is busy with college and stuff but yeah, why can't other people approve the level posts?

Regarding what FallingSnow said, we could denote the inactive people and promote active people :D

This forum needs to take a stand!

Um, maybe they expect all mods to run the community.

3/4 of the moderator team are inactive, so how can this be possible if we only have 2 or 3 active mods out of the 6 mods?

We should call it the Meme Sisterhood.

With the rep system gone how are the admins going to pointless warn users for downrepping something they did wrong?

Magibowser, if you're going to have that attitude then you need to not post in this thread.

1. We're not having another staff election.
2. I'll listen to the "inactive staff!!!!!" argument once you guys, y'know, provide examples as to why that's a bad thing instead of just expecting everyone to know.
3. "Kley is doing behind the scenes work" was an applicable comment when I made it, which was a long time ago. Kley obviously isn't very active but you'll need to give us a reason as to why that's a bad thing.

Here's proof of what happens when the staff is inactive

Plus we already had spam in the forum, since yesterday I believe(?) and no one deleted it, until 1:50 PM (for my timezone) today, which is three hours ago. Someone could have deleted it earlier, but since we don't have active staff...

We need staffs that takes care of this forum while the US staffs are inactive. Those spam-members likes to spam when it's like 0:00 to 4:30 through 13:00 o clock ([UCT + 1] Central European Time, West African Time) and later but in general it's not completly known.

Thank you for providing an example. I'm happy to explain.

The problem with the IRC is that those incidents generally go unreported. I deal with the majority of IRC reports/misconduct I see. I can't deal with that stuff if I never hear about it.

So, if you want that to stop happening, report it and we'll take care of it.
