I don't know if this counts as a whole world theme, but how about upside-down? Or sideways?
Or what about SMB2 vase themed? I don't know if that's part of pipe theme or not.
Also toad house and desktop. As in a computer desktop.

Upside-Down is usually called "Flipside" in Mario terms, which was started in Subcon Stars' level "Flipside Funk" where you'd traverse a level using door which flipped the level upside down and back again. Also a Vase world would be cool actually and I wouldn't say it is a "Pipe" theme exactly, though it would denote similar characteristics. The Vase world could take place solely inside giant vases as well as moving through levels filled with vases like the Pipe-Theme levels of SMB3.
