the closest one is 5.9

The head-bumping thing applies to average height as well, depending on the environment you're in.
I have never experienced or heard of anyone experience the other examples you've listed.

I have just made a sloppy measurement because I haven't done one in half a year.
181 cm, 5'11'' at 16 and a half years. Still taller than RDV B))))

Being tall makes you get better leader vibes up until around 6'3" ~ 6'4" and then its just comical.
Even 6'2" is pushing it.

And then there's that one guy at the restaurant who's 7'1" and makes everyone feel awkward.

Really? I don't seem to be the one that can't ride anything at all and I was allowed on the rides at Thorpe Park, which is great.
It's just weird seeing people shorter than you as a kid suddenly hit 6+ft and I'm like a gnome or something.
My main problem is having wide hips and walking into the side of the table and feeling like I've just been shot.

EDIT: In my class, the average height is 163 cm and the tallest human in the school is 190 cm. (one of the PE teachers)
