The head-bumping thing applies to average height as well, depending on the environment you're in.
I have never experienced or heard of anyone experience the other examples you've listed.

Being tall makes you get better leader vibes up until around 6'3" ~ 6'4" and then its just comical.
Even 6'2" is pushing it.

Really? I don't seem to be the one that can't ride anything at all and I was allowed on the rides at Thorpe Park, which is great.
It's just weird seeing people shorter than you as a kid suddenly hit 6+ft and I'm like a gnome or something.
My main problem is having wide hips and walking into the side of the table and feeling like I've just been shot.
