You've got some tolerant parents then. Our parents are humans as well, so it's natural for them to be annoyed by our constant questions. Or is it that you've never noticed it yourself? Not that I'm surprised to see that, we never know what they experience until they tell us, or until we just start wondering about it.

I don't think it's fair that having proper English is a forum rule, yet the popular users without proper English don't get warned/banned, and also, people who are foreign and are just learning English need somewhere to go to so they can share their SMBX stuff. That's selfish, quite frankly. Unless they don't speak English or they talk like this:
"is a hi cool okkkk buy buy"
than they shouldn't be warned, banned, and certainly not perma-banned. But illias's English was fine. Compared to other users here, he actually has great English.

I'm not sure if that's how it works but in my opinion it seems right about it.
Can you please stop making people look like they're some kind of sadistic beings that only live to pick on people?
And i'm pretty sure that the majority of the forum members don't have english for their first language, yet they speak english properly. (I'm mexican but my english is shit)

The only two popular users off the top of my head are Wohlstand and bossedit8, and neither of them make posts with improper English. Maybe a bit broken, but not improper so they're in turn following the rule which is really in place to prevent, as you said, messages like "is a hi cool okkkk buy buy," and flat out other languages so nobody is getting in trouble for using the wrong "than," or using the wrong words together for example. In all honesty I think a permanent ban would be necessary since if you are making posts with horrid English, then what value do those posts have and the user being here?

His english is understandable, there is no reason to permanent ban him.
You can understand the gist of what he is trying to communicate relatively quickly. Unless you have trouble understanding things.
