Well he also plays SMW hacks, which is technically illegal too, and Nintendo didn't bat an eye. I'm p sure they won't get flipped off because he's playing some outdated Mario fangame.

Redigit got sued bc he tried earning money with stuff from Nintendo which is against the copyrights.

And if Nintendo would get Youtube to delete smbx videos then what would happen to: Bossedit8, Raocow, Asnumbers, Mechamind90 etc they all do smbx stuff and has anything happened to them? No and if Nintendo would be so picky about that then a lot of people would complain about it. And honestly i don't think Nintendo cares about smbx anymore since they gonna have their own mario builder thing.
