Dang this is amazing. Just...wow...I know there's like what, 3 levels?...Maybe?...I'll still play it either way. Nice job. ;)

Yes but in a more updated state like I am gonna remove the blue Shoes and add Fairies instead and gonna redo all of her Forms to make it playable to the Fairy Power Up and also look better.
I have about 80 videos to upload include in luffsichattake, and I was never able to beat her original fight! I got to wart [when wart threw the bubbles in the fight]

Thank you for your honest comment on this SMBX Episode developement. Tecnically there are 14 Levels to play in the Trial 0.1 Version and the developement time is incredible slow since something productive as this is not easy for sure.

Ah ok. Tecnically, Touhou 8 isn't really added into the Trial but in the future it will.

Also, since it is a commentary too you should speek a bit more but of course this is the first time you ever do a Let's Play of a Game like this so not really surprised. It was good anyway. I need people to send questions for me to talk about! And the la is people my own computer! On the level, I tried the level, and made it to the pipe before I just wet to the boss. I did not last past forum 4!

That was also terrible! I am good at smbx, not your episode, haha!

Nice touch, and I can always make a spell card level for you that has no correlation to the mane game. An if you like it, you could always put it in an "exta's section" that is not tied to the game or do it like touhou 8's last word!

You could use the red Power square for a Mushroom and set it, so it won't move. The Mushroom could be in a lighter shade and the Fire Flower - a darker shade.

Well, this surely is a nice idea but for now I am gonna let these main Power Ups as it is but I am gonna think about it. What I think is by adding the tiny red P Squares as Mushrooms and the big red P Squares as Fire Flowers. On the later Power Ups like Ice Flower, that will be turned into big lightblue P Squares. We will see in the future how things turns out but no idea if I absolutely will to replace them to Touhou related Powers.

@MECHDRAGON777: Nice Playthrough, even know that it was laggy. Also, I kind of fixed the lag issue a bit with these moving Layers in the first Midboss' Forms since they didn't stopped after the first Forms and they will create more lag while the moving Layers wasn't stopped.

I played your episode, bossedit8 :) Didn't get past Meiling on normal, embarrasingly :oops: ...So my favorite level so far has been Misty Lake. I liked how the water level suddenly went up near the beginning, and I immediately recognized the Perfect Freeze spell card. Also, the background suddenly getting darker during the spell cards, that was awesome.

Do not worry, you will get better adventuly since it isn't all that easy for beginners anyway. If you can't seem to manage the game on Normal, try Easy Mode first and then if you are getting better at Easy Mode, try Normal Mode again since you do learn the whole Level Design Structures and the Bosses but they do kind of change the Enemy's Spawn Rate depends of the difficulty so this surely do get kind of tricky especially at Hard and Lunatic Mode.

I do like that Idea what I have implemented with the Water aswell. The one spellcard you have mentioned that is the Freeze Sign "Perfect Freeze" (JP/Japan: 凍符「パーフェクトフリーズ」) looks kind of easy but to actually make isn't that easy since that took me 2 Layers and 2 Events each of them. I tried to be as challenging as possible aswell with the Rinkas and not only with the Bullet Patterns too.

I made the background to make it extremely realistic to the Game's Spellcard Deal. I do like making the backgrounds especially the longer ones but for sure they do take a long time to manage it especially mostly custom ones.
