Jokes aside, I seriously can't access it, Google Chrome just says it "can't establish connection with the site". I won't judge this guide just yet though, but seriously, 12 pages? Really?

I think you misunderstood. The physical textbook introduces 12 exclusive chapters, not pages. The site by itself only has 7 chapters.
