I consider Boomshells a seperate species. the original SML behavior is used in the basegame for remake-related pruposes.

Hello y'all! its been a while but I've done some fixes of reports that I've gotten this summer (hopefully I didn't miss one, if I did please remind me again)
1) Read me sign now use editor settings. No need to use layers names anymore!
2) Amped jewels no longer crash if the NPC is killed. they can now be attached to layers. the lightning image now correctly supports any number of frames. 3) Holes can now follow layer movement.
4) Handy torch now uses the isHot and isCold flags. Ive added some easy stuff you can change at the top of the NPC file that allows you to implement custom cold and hot checks for your custom NPCs if needed.
5) Necky's now correctly default the amplitude to 128.

I keep on getting this Error When I add the nut throwing Necky's
I put it in my level folder and Everytime it goes to throw a nut it shows this error. If someone could help I would appriciate it!

Do you have any NPC flag enabled? That error makes me think you set the flag "spawnID" to something invalid. If that is not the cause, can you send me your level? I want to see what set-up you have that made it crash.

I've been having an issue with the warp hub not changing the music to match the new section. Is that normal behavior, or does it seem like a bug?

That does look like a pretty cool NPC! Is it possible to change the look of the lectern's text box per-instance?

Quick fix to the lectern. It will no longer show the message when its hidden in a layer!

using holes rn, and for some reason i can't set the warp type to center. i tried setting warptype to 0 and WARPTYPE_CENTER in the .txt file but for some reason it goes to the invert option instead. is this a bug?

you are correct it is a bug. Updated the download link for the holes. Please let me know if that fixed it. By default all holes have warptype = 1 (offset).
You can set it to warptype = 0 (center) or warptype = 2 (inverse offset)

Having the balloons installed seems to disable Wario's momentum when shot out of a barrel cannon or pipe cannon. He moves barely any distance horizontally and then falls straight down.
EDIT: It appears I was wrong. The problem persists even in other episodes.
But I did notice an actual bug with the green balloon: I still do a spinjump when I touch it despite the fact I should be doing a normal jump.
