Agreed, Though the save file for MK7 was saved on the sd card, so if you wanted a new file get a new sd card. However I do see what youre saying, and since it's for a console game, it probably will hold licenses like Wii did.

I too support the SMBX Forum Online Club idea and would/will join post haste. Also, I'm not too fond of all 7 Koopalings, Baby Rosalina, or Pink Gold Peach either, since I was hoping for other characters, such as Birdo, King Boo, Diddy, Dixie, and Funky. One last note, I don't quite see the purpose of several save files.

Yeah I read about this earlier this morning. It's pretty damn weird, I agree, and doesn't fit into the Mario aesthetic at all. I guess they're doing some kind of promotion though so whatever.

Got the game today. Done 6 cups so far (every one except for leaf and lightning) and I really am enjoying it so far. It's lots of fun with more than one player, aswell, because then you know who used the lightning item or blue shell to screw you over.
