I wasn't really interested in putting this up myself, so thanks for doing it <3

I'm having trouble with level 3-3. This is because of the Shyguys spawning so constantly that not even Peach float through that small gap. Also on level 3-3 the 2 Ninji's that blocks the way to the door with the Shyguys are messed up a little. If you try to stand on them to pick 1 up then the Ninji will hit you to the ceiling, and drop you where the Ninji is.Can you fix it please? And Also note that the only times I played SMB2 was when I played the first 2 levels and when I played Nintendo Challenges Remix Game ( for the Wii). So I don't know much about SMB2.

Also, please update this for SMBX2 when the release version is out.

Or, you know, you could just try your hand at remaking SMB2 in SMBX2 yourself. It's really not that hard if you have all the maps for the levels & a image editor that shows a configurable grid. Might have to search though some gfx packs for additional needed gfx for SMB2 but that's doable. The only tricky parts are some of the missing bosses like Clawgrip & Hawkmouth, or missing enemies like Pidget & its carpet, not to mention recreating the slot machine bonus game at the end of each level.

If somebody else doesn't get around to it I might give it a try.

The only reason this account was made was to give out my opinions.

The creator is inactive anyway. If you "give out your opinions" (which have been requests and demands for the most part) then please check if it's applicable.
It might be worth a shot to include SMBX2's new SMB2 NPCs (e.g. phantos, cobrats, pansers). The missing bosses however can only be found in NSMBX as of now.

And I have no experience with SMBX.

Why not try to learn it then?

I could try to make some of that stuff, like I know some lua and have been working with smbx for some years

Which was a fake takedown just like the smb3 Remake.

But fair enough, I can understand if you don’t want any legal trouble with Nintendo.
