I only used Arm Thrust with Heracross. Bug isn't resistant to dark type moves anyway.

You punch the darkness. That's how I remember that one.
I wish I could come up with similar ways to remember all the x2s and the x1/2s and the immunities. I suck at remembering them and it feels like I'm cheating whenever I refer to a chart.

psychic is strong fighting because the pen is mightier than the sword
dark is strong against psychic because you can't help being afraid of the darkness
ghost is strong against itself because they're both ethereal
i just think of that kind of shit

Okay, so I'll jump in on this.
I love Pokemon. It's my second favorite game series next to Mario. I don't care what anybody says about Fire/Fighting types, Emboar is my favorite Pokemon with Wobbuffet in a close second. Black & White are my favorites, I own Black. There is so much I love about those games that I can't really put it into words. X&Y were pretty great also, so were HGSS and DPPt. BW2 weren't as good as BW, but still fun.
That's it.

Pokémon X and Pokémon Y are good games. I barely play them, however. I probably will start getting more into them as more tournaments start.

The remakes for Ruby and Sapphire are finally coming to Nintendo 3DS in November!

I merged this with the Pokémon topic, but yeah, this looks good. I've never played RSE, but Alpha Sapphire is definitely on my "will consider getting" list.

Wow. I searched it up on Google to see if it was real or not. And guess what? IT IS. Yeah, I have never played those games. Looking forward to them. What is after though? Dark Black and Snow White?

Holy shit I'm incredibly excited for ORAS. Some people have suggested that these aren't actually Hoenn remakes but rather sequels or a new region or something. I personally hope that they are remakes since I've never gotten to experience RSE before. A new region would be good too and really surprising but I think it's pretty unlikely.
Also, Kyogre and Groudon seem to be sporting some kind of new forms/Megavolutions on the box art. That's pretty exciting.

lol you just always find the most convenient times to dick with me.

I may or may not be considering this. It all depends on what else is out during the holiday season.

This has been pointed out a few times. It's interesting, but not
that interesting; Alpha and Omega are common opposites, similar to Red/Blue, Black/White, etc. That guy must be freaking out now, though.

I'm probably not going to get it myself, since I already have R/S

I had Emerald when I was younger. The only reason I might consider getting one of these is if they retain some of X and Y's system and features.

Well, these games are going to be part of Generation 6 so they'll definitely have at least some of XY's mechanics. I'd be very surprised if they removed the player search system and all that entails, such as the battle spot and wonder trades.
