I am working on it at a leisurely pace, trying to manage both this, work and university, so it's not a top priority in my current life. The answer is yes, little progress, but procrastination is probably not the correct word to describe what is happening.

New Screenshots. Progress is going well.
I apologise for there not being much done when I started this original thread. I was brand new to the forums and didn't really know much, such as it being preferable to display significant progress from the very beginning.

Do you consider the first screenshot complete? There is not much going on besides torf and two mini shy-guys.

I do. I probably could have gotten a better part of the level to screenshot, but oh well. I may or may not redo that screenshot depending on if I feel like doing so.

Edit: I updated the screenshot to get a better shot of the level. I feel that this one is a large improvement.

Nice episode,i`d like to try it,but i don`t know about beta testing,it may break my SMBX or computer....i guess i`ll wait!

Is this project still going to be made?

Yeah project is still being worked on, the screenshots aren't relevant anymore, so Ill update them when I get a chance.

This is one of the most unique concepts I've come across in the SMBX community.
The way you blend eerie atmosphere, mystery, and psychological tension into a Mario game is both bold and fascinating. "Twisted Truths" feels like a deep dive into a darker side of the universe that most of us never even imagined.
Even though I’m just getting started with my own episode ideas, projects like this really inspire me to think outside the box. Keep pushing creative boundaries — you've got something special here.
By the way, do you have any idea when the episode might be released?
No pressure at all I’m just really curious and excited for it!
