I was originally going to try and finish my bigproject(tm) for this but instead I'm submitting a more time-friendly level. I leave in about two hours and won't be back for two weeks, after which band camp starts and I only have an hour a day max to work on it. Luckily I already finished this one

Why did you ask this if he's clearly banned everywhere lmao

I remember there being controversy at one point over someone posting a banned user's levels at their request so something like that might actually apply here now that I think about it. I don't see any reason why you couldn't work with a Banned User but I don't think they'd be given credit since they're not really considered part of the community any more and their efforts wouldn't be recognized in any aspect of this contest. At least that's my conclusion, may not necessarily be correct
