Backups are still open yes, but I'm not sure if you're allowed to participate in this game.

If someone is inactive this person is replaced by a backup

If I'm correct. If someone on the main list is inactive or removed from the game outside of dying, then you would replace them and take their role.

And as a backup you can't receive any info from neither alive nor dead players.

Yeah, this filled way too fast for my liking. Just hope there are 3 inactives and we should be in this game hopefully.
