According to the emoji movie trailer, no one uses the eggplant emoji. Like boi this is an insult to me. I would rather watch the entire Spy Kids series without blinking than watch the emoji movie.

Emojis are like the worst overrated fandom subject for a movie, and even if the movie turn out to be good, as i said to snessy, the main idea still terrible. What will be next? Fidget spinners movie? I prefer not imagine.

More or less, it mostly the idea that it exists is why people are hating it.
Sure I may not be much into SPA as much as I was, but I think it's best to save our opinions on July 28th this year (release date).
Too bad most people just immediately say a film is bad when a trailer is released.... It's not easy to see no one do this to a movie especially after the bad January streak over the years.

Everyone here who does not like the Emoji Movie is basically saying the same thing but worded differently. That they hate the Emoji Movie. I Hated the movie at first because I went into the trailer looking for flaws. But you need to look for positives or at least look at it as a regular trailer
Timocomsmbx made this topic for the purpose to hate on the movie and thought everyone had the same opinion. I Kno w nobody else will give this movie a chance and you can keep your opinions just keep it to yourself nobody wants to hear you whine about 2 trailers.

I am also gonna say it: You can't judge something based on a mere trailer. Sure, the movie may be bad, but it may also be good. We won't know it until it comes out.

What if the emoji movie is going to purposefully bad and then near the end there's a much more bigger meaning to it and it ends up being surprisingly decent

Because Youtube likes and dislikes are trustworthy right? You can easily manipulate them with bots which once happened on a video by bossedit.

from what i've seen from the trailers, it has no unique traits that hasn't been in a movie before. Anyone can see that this is a cashgrab at emoji's being a thing that the kids use. And frankly, I find that quite terrible. What the emoji movie says to me is that most animated films now are no longer about being a great film, or looking really nice, but is now about easy profit. Also, fuck the product placement. How the hell is twitch an app on that kid's phone.

Bossedit uploaded a smbx video and someone set up dislike bots and boomed the like/dislike bar that the video had like over 20 dislikes in only 10 seconds. And most of the comments made on it have been made by bot accounts.

The comment/like/dislike system on youtube is like i said easy to manipulate and some people fell for it. Youtube itself has a lot of common error stuff which still appear today.
