Ludwig is like the bad Yoshi in newer games, because f his flutter jump.

Gotta admit, the Lenny battle in Super Mario Star Expedition was really exciting (yet also frustrating), nevertheless Ludwig is still supreme

I have been obsessed with Koopalings recently, so i decided to make a topic about them! In this topic, i will rank all the Koopalings telling which is my favorites and least favorites, explaining the reason behind it. Remember that this is just my opinion, and you can make your own top 7 in the replies!
So let's go! The order will be least to greatest.


7th - Wendy O. Koopa
I never have been a fan of Wendy honestly, i dislike her bossy and bratty attitude, plus, she is kinda ugly too. I remember Wendy in the SMB3 cartoon, she was such an spoiled brat in that show, i hated it, her overall bad attitude ruined her character for me. But on the good side, at least her fightstyle is unique, but other than that, she is not my cup of tea. Sorry Wendy.

6th - Larry Koopa
Larry isn't so bad of a character, but his fights are so uninteresting for me! They are so dull and repetitive, sure, he is commonly the first boss in Mario games, but i wish he have more variety in his attacks other than jumping around and shooting magic from his wand. Step up your game Larry.

5th - Ludwig Von Koopa
Ludwig is the oldest and smartest of the bunch, and a self-proclaimed leader to the Koopalings. He often appears as the last Koopaling that Mario must face, and he can actually give you a challenge! He can flutter-jump like Yoshi, clone himself, and shoot a lot of magic from his wand, he is a pretty tough guy. But i feel like that he is a bit overrated, since he is almost everyone's favorite, and i feel that the other Koopalings need their moment to shine, but that will be kind of difficult if Ludwig keeps stealing the spotlight and keep shoving the fact that he is the best down everyone's throat.

4th - Lemmy Koopa
Most of the time, Lemmy is the favorite Koopaling of children and pre-teens. I think it's because of his cuteness, which he certainly have! But he is also energetic, agile, joyfull and crazy, combine all of these and you will have a Koopaling that will definitely attract the young audience. His fightstyle is also unique, but despite all of that, i don't like Lemmy that much, he is not bad, i just don't like him as much as the following Koopalings.

3rd - Morton Koopa Jr.
The most unique Koopaling for me. He is the only one that have a different skin color, he is the biggest, the mightiest, and i think he have the most interesting backstory, too bad most of his backstory is still shrouded in mystery, i feel he would be so much more interesting if we knew whats behind that big mouth. Also, the Leston meme is comedy gold. #LestonTheLegend

2nd - Iggy Koopa
This Koopaling is just insane! And i love that! Iggy has aways been one of my favorites because of how crazy he is, he uses all types of machinery and tricks to take Mario down, he can run on the ceiling, he can train Chain-chomps to attack Mario, he can summon Blaargs with the magic from his wand, and most importantly: he can taunt Mario by spanking his butt! That's awesome, just like Iggy himself!

1st - Roy Koopa
He is our boy after all! Roy is an badass with a mad respect for the color pink, and the amount of potential he have is immense. He is very powerful, so he isn't someone you want to mess with. I aways feel bad when i have to defeat him so early in the game, i wish Nintendo made him a better boss, because he have more than enough potential to become one. Roy was aways my favorite, i love his tough and cool personally and the fact that he have no shame whatsoever, he is overall one of the best Mario characters, and i will aways like him. You go mah boi!

Iggy Koopa is best

Here is a list starting from my favorites koopalings:
1-Ludwig - my favorite koopaling , he is always the strongest in terms of skills and i love his hair, voice and the way he acts.
2.Iggy - my second favorite koopaling , he is the weirdest and i like that , his boss battles are unique and he also taunts the player and thats funny.
3-Roy - my third favorite koopaling , he is chill and i like his boss battles and i think he has a lot of potential to get better at his skills.
4-Lemmy - the koopaling that i have kind of neutral opinion on him , he is young , small and acts alot like a child because he is one but his use of magic impressed me in NSMBWii and NSMBU , too bad he doesn't have the age to be better.
5-Morton - he is too a koopaling that i have kind of neutral opinion on him , he has good moments as a boss but i don't like his personality and they way he acts though but doesn't use his brain to hone his skills.
6-Wendy - she is just bad , the way she fights , the way she acts , the way she looks , even her magic is very slow and inefficient but atleast she is not copy paste from Larry.
7-Larry - the worse koopaling , too simple , too boring , he is just too 2-dimensional and only his hair makes him kinda of unique but everything else is just too boring about him.

How is Lemmy young if he is the second oldest? He is also my favorite; would love to see his NSMBWii version 2 fight in SMBX, hahaha.
