It's always better without a filter.

Having other powerups from other levels might break levels only designed with specific powerups in mind, so I say yes to a filter.

Me! I really want to see how well I'll do, as I haven't been in many contests, and I'm still waiting for the results of the first contest I ever entered. I probably won't do very well compared to others who are better at custom graphics and can do things like LunaLua (I still want to learn it, but I'm not sure where to find a good tutorial), but I hope it'll be good (However, I do think the difficulty and length aren't as good as some of the others as well.)
