Yeah, but I'm not gonna bitch about it because I know my parents aren't obliged to give me and my sister presents, it's just a social belief that they actually are. If you wanted a gift you already have one, you get to see fireworks.

So true. The only thing I get and want is sweets and snacks for Christmas. Nothing else. But they always come in these pre-packaged bags with Christmas themed stuff on them. Well I did get a small "book" about... cats... and I'm happy. And people say Christmas is a time of gathering and sharing. How am I supposed to gather if I always gather with my family, and the other part of my family is either dead or far. I can't share any presents because nobody would want just candy, they want something else to go with it. No, sharing love with others does not count, because you're supposed to do that regardless of what time of the year it is.

This is how I spend my Christmas every year. But this time, my sister is not around to lighten things up, and my brother is going through a phase ( it's called being a teenager or something ) so I'm stuck with Christmas movies that make me feel even more lonely and sad that I can't have a cheery Christmas. You know what I would be happy with? A proper Christmas... or a Kounosuke plushie, but that's not the point! Can't I have something proper for once. Well... I'm supposed to be happy with what I got. But, I've got so little. Isn't it okay to ask for at least a little bit more? Just, a little? Am I being too selfish?

Boy be happy that she gave you atleast something. Some people don't get anything on christmas and you kids aren't even happy if you get money from ur parents. Also the world doesn't end by not getting that iphone you can still buy it afterwards.

Same goes to other person what if you're dad will buy those things later? The Wii U is still worth a lot and yeah Nintendo doesn't really sell under 50-60 bucks so thats a lot of money.
You should know that he probably has a lot of hard work to do to even get that money in a month.

@YellowMe: No you aren't. Who wouldn't want presents? All the consoles my parents gave me were a Sega Genesis with really poor games and a Family and that was it. I also had a PS2 that I sold to, guess what, buy the computer I'm using right now. All the things I have were obtained by saving the money my parents gave me each birthday, Christmas and new year. As to share things with people, don't you know what people want nowadays? You should, because it spoils a lot of stuff they'd want. Take for instance a person who wants really badly a PS3. You may not buy it for him, but what you could do, is reunite with friends and stuff and collab to save for it to give it to your friend. And even if you don't know what that person wants, you could always give him money so he uses it for whatever he wants to. There's really not much science to it.

Natsu, It would help if I actually got money. How is that possible if we sometimes can't get money to buy bread. We can barely afford money to make a cake and the other stuff ( because cake is the most important thing :V ). Oh and my classmates don't exactly want to spen their money to make someone happy other than themselves. I don't want to bother my close friends with it either.

Oh, you've got no money. Then I guess for now there's not much to do, for now at least. Sorry, didn't know about that.
