With a few events you can create a walk cycle for Bowser, and with autoscroll you can set up an arena for him. I included two NPCs for Bowser in the folder:
Conveyor Belt and Mother Brain.
The way I initially planned to use this, and from which idea I imported these, was to end the chase (Conveyor Belt chases you) after reaching a specific spot, and after transporting the player to a different section (to avoid the still-walking Bowser), a MotherBrain fight with a billy gun or something (back when I was shit at making bosses).
However, I can imagine there's a number of ways in which you can incorporate him.
