I'm not the biggest fan of electronic music, but this is okay.

Hey guys, NintendoOtaku93 here. And I got a interesting question for you guys. Who's some of your favorite video game composer so far?
Well, I'll tell you 3 of mine favorite game composers, since I'm a nice guy! ^.^'):
Yoko Shimomura (I loved her work especially many from the "Mario & Luigi RPG" series!)
Koji Kondo (I like his work of music before he moved to sound effects in later Mario games tbh.)
Grant Kirkhope (Honestly, his work on the N64 game, "Banjo-Kazooie", made my childhood start off fun)
^^

(merged with Music Discussion because that thread could use some good discussion)
Koji Kondo, Yoshito Hirano/Yuka Tsujiyoko (Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door), and Yoko Shimomura win for me in terms of Nintendo composers. Unfortunately, I'm not very well-versed on Nintendo's composers so I should do more research.
Naoki Maeda wins hands-down for everything else. The guy has made so many songs for Dance Dance Revolution, spanning a wide array of genres.

I don't too much for composers as I do for the soundtracks that they composed.

Well, these guys aren't well known, they only released one album, but they are extremely underrated. In my opinion Rescue is one of the better AOR bands from the 80s, and with an opening track like the one below, you could tell they were out to prove a point.

I do not like rock or pop.
And classic is horrible (often).
But there is good classic music, too.
Look to Mozart with a little nightmusic.
This is ok, but not good.

Persona (Shin Megami Tensei's sub series) has some really good music, good thing decided to play them instead of letting them sit in my iso documents.
