What people?
Users in general.

I don't really see people wanting a clan or something. Also a usergroup for mafia players would be pointless.

That's not really specific.

We already have the usergroups we need, so as far as I'm concerned, we won't be adding anymore usergroups.

Clans like those you see in games? No just no most of them end up being extremly idiotic and toxic towards non clan people. And i bet the same would happen here.

Regular users cannot set up usergroups, no. It's unlikely that we'll increase the number of usergroups past the current amount as it's not really necessary... user clans don't really need that kind of official-ness or structure IMO.

the topic was made by DJFMHD, but thg1 got a notification saying it was made by Linik. (technically speaking, it's a matter of phpBB, not BBcode. Also I have disabled that kind of notification after getting annoyed from spambot notifications so it doesn't mean much that it has never happened to me)

I know that this has been brought up before, but I honestly think Smilies are kinda unnessecary, since they don't really add to any discussion, and some of them (like  or :x) can only really be used for negative posts. It also seems like not a lot of people use them anymore (The only person I really see use them consistently is NintendoOtaku93)

It's probably more of a hassle to remove them than to leave them even if they're not being used a lot. It's not like they take up a lot of space or anything or are intrusive

Whatever happened to that NewsLetter that was supposed to replace featured episodes and GFX?

I just noticed a bug. If 2 thread gets merged, the title of the merged thread becomes the second thread's title instead of the first.

But see, I changed it.

That's not a bug, just a phpbb feature because topics don't get changed. You can change the topic title in any post you make anyhow, but generally that's considered a dick move.

But I remember someone saying that changing titles of the thread is not good because it would let the person think that there is a new thread.

People just shouldn't abuse it, but often it's needed for showing updates in projects, GFX packs, etc.
