Most of 38A's features were not yet possible to implement in a user-friendly manner by the time of Beta 3's release. As of today, this is still true for certain world map features and variant sprites, but if you check out the claims sheet you can see that the next update will bring a bunch of goodies.

Yesterday was the 2nd anniversary of SMBX2 Beta 3's release! SMBX2 Beta 3 released on September 30, 2016, and today is the day after September 30, which is October 1st today! Unfortunately, SMBX2 Beta 4 is still in development and it appears that SMBX2 beta 4 may not be released until somewhere in 2019. I wonder if SMBX2 beta 4 is finished by early 2019. If it is, then the release date for SMBX2 beta 4 should be around January 2019.

Noone knows the release date, but we can 100% tell that development is happening.

Looks very fake, what with the low quality stretched JPEG screenshot, the JPEG logo and the JPEG download button. Also, how would SMBX be promoted by advertisements if it's a fangame?
Highly doubt someone would fall for this.

Because of this fake ad, we need to move our fangame to the onion web. We cant risk Nintendo finding us.

It's not real, there is no SMBX2 B4 scam, it's an edited image.
