I don't think Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze is the best video game ever, and Pokemon isn't too entertaining either.

Also yes, Tropical Freeze wasn't the best, and sometimes Pokemon can be boring if you have to go on a long, excessive grind for levels.

My copy of Pokémon Sapphire (which I haven't touched for ages) is currently stuck in a state where I want to catch Kyogre, but I missed the Ultra Ball (I think), and my Pokémon aren't at a high enough level to get them to low HP (and preferably asleep).

Video Games can be art and not just purely for entertainment.

That's a popular opinion.

Super Mario Maker is a great game. Even if it might not have everything SMBX has, I still love the levels I made.

Now that I noticed, I should have pointed out that I understand how people would hate pewdiepie, considering his offensive jokes and dumb humor, however what I mean is that I don't think he is the worst person on youtube.

Yes, SMBX can do many things Mario Maker can't.
Yes, Mario Maker doesn't have custom music or graphics.
Yes, Mario Maker doesn't have LunaLua or even events and layers.
Yes, Mario Maker can't do world maps or episodes.
Yes, Making a glitch level on Mario Maker will evoke the fury of Neintendo.

But I see it as the same concept as SMBX, executed in a COMPLETELY different way.
It has an easy way of playing online levels without taking ages downloading them.
It has features such as making anything big or winged or "tracked" or stacked, that SMBX can't do (At least, not without some weird Lua shenanigans).
It has the 100 Mario Challenge which, despite being filled to the brim with steaming hot garbage, allows you to play any level in any order from around the world.
It has a simple to use and very powerful editor.
It has a full set of intriguing and complex physics, including NPC interactions with things like note blocks and springs, which SMBX doesn't have.

So I don't see it as an inferior or even superior choice. But an alternative solution that could not be more different to SMBX, while having the same concept behind them.
I myself have used Mario Maker a lot. I definitely recommend it to anyone who hasn't tried it.

Here's a unpopular opinion of mine:

The SupaBoy is a better version of the beloved Super Nintendo Entertainment System/Super Famicom! Reason: I love playing games on the go!

Levels, episodes, and project demos without showing screenshots, videos, or any evidences that shows their progress should have their link redacted instead of having their threads locked.

SMB1 is better in terms of SNES graphics than SMB3. But also more limited, since it has no slopes, no world maps, and more. So i can't get Forest, Ghost House and more backgrounds in SMB1.
