Let's get back on topic please.
Okay
King!
Staying on Topic, I wouldn't know how
God-Awful the TGE sequels are for 2 reasons:
- I haven't bothered to try out 1.4.x due to a busy real life schedule
- I'd often stay the hell away from unofficial stuff due to personal reasons
So...
The Great Empire 3:
It really feels like a 2013 episode:
The creator has some really great ideas but they aren't executed very well.
The Great Empire 4:
It feels like an update of The Great Empire 3:
There are some cool ideas, the execution got slightly better and the level design stayed avarage.
The Great Empire 5:
I can't decide abput this episode.
It feels very unpolished at some points and the ideas execution got worse in my opinion, but I think the level design is slightly aboe avarage.
The Great Empire 6:
It's an interesting Step since it is way shorter than its prequels, but it has many bugs and not that creative compared to the prequels.
The Great Empire 7:
Just play Newer Super Mario Bros. Wii instead.
It feels like a rushed version of that game and the execution of some feautures aren't that great.
I especially remember a level in the desert world where a sandstorm constantly messed up the controls which felt really random and many of my deaths felt undeserved.
The Great Empire 8:
I really dislike this one. It feels very random, the whole episode and especially the graphics are buggy and the bosses felt really unfair in my opinion.
The Great Empire 9:
Probably my favorite one.
It was way more polished in comparison to the other ones and I really enjoyed playing through it.
I really like the level design.
My only problem are the very lame bosses.
The Great Empire 10:
A disappointment.
The level design feels really flat, the bosses are even worse and some buggy character sprites made it really hard to play.
