For Levels: Create a level folder and name it whatever you want, then in that level folder, create the graphics folder where the graphics are going to be stored (name this folder as the same as the level folder) then throw in any graphics that you want for the level.
(Level Folder)/(Graphics Folder - where graphics are going to be stored) simple as that and then run PGE or the editor to see the graphics!

also make sure your level file (.lvl) is present in the level folder. (Not the graphics folder.)
