Might be wrong here, but isn't GhostHawk still demoted? Why is it ok for him to use Nodus then? Shouldn't these cheats br generally forbidden?

I've been banned for the last two days because I had reached 2 warnings. While this is true, I was never banned for the second warning at the time. In fact, it would be after I made a post that GhostHawk had blown up the house that I would be shut out. My post accusing GhostHawk was also deleted.

I haven't been able to say much, and have had to rely on others to get information across. My thread was deleted over at NSMBX, for no reason other than to further make GhostHawk look like the good guy and "prove" I'm the one responsible for this mess.

You guys also seem to be missing the fact that when I was unbanned (when Danny was present the whole time) my meme tower had become a giant bubbling lava mess. I was banned before this because of the house thing, and I think someone would have noticed before hand. Nobody has made that claim yet, but people DID notice it after Danny unbanned me. But again, Danny noticed it minutes after unbanning me. It was in perfect condition when I was banned.

GhostHawk has been breaking the rules for quite a while now. He keeps harassing/stalking me on the server, despite being told on several occasions to stop.

We were placing TNT as a joke. As you can clearly see in the image below:


What happened next? GhostHawk continued harassing me. I placed some TNT, and he also placed some TNT. I had no intention of triggering it because it was just a laugh at the time. The screenshots you see were taken prior to the explosion. Nobody seems to have taken note of the fact that you don't see any of the blocks being triggered. He clearly got rid of the blocks from his inventory before hand.

You can believe what I say, and have that backed up by the fact GhostHawk has been caught greifing before, and disobeying the rules (see; stalking rule).
He will likely delete this post once he sees it. So I'll PM this to 8bit and Ignoritus.

Also, I've already explained why your post was deleted. I'm not going to let you get away with accusing me of things you've done with no evidence, while I get the consequences. Since you're back now and I have evidence for my side and all you have are accusations and excuses, no more posts are going to be deleted unless Danny specifically PMs me to get rid of this entire discussion because it's taking up too much of the thread.

There shouldn't have been a thread in the first place, and it being deleted has nothing to do with me. I made my account yesterday in order to reply.

None of the screenshots show me with TNT, and shows someone invisible with TNT. Tell me, why would you go invisible - you know with your name hidden and skin hidden - and place TNT with me? Wouldn't you want to take screenshots of me to have definitive proof I'm griefing? This is all assuming that I would do this, and believing all of your stories.

It was awhile back so he probably doesn't remember but he, Knux, and I were in a room full of chests and Knux and I were breaking Michel's stuff around him. If he honestly thinks he wasn't there I may be remembering wrong myself and it was someone else. Tell him sorry for any confusion.

On a subject besides the griefing, I took it upon myself to finish off the town expansion by adding a park! Not much to look at, I know, but I'm getting started. Any changes are welcome since it's in public land.

I rushed the fountain but it has all the components of a design I want. I want it to be similar to the one that was at spawn, except with a ring to prevent people from jumping in and using those ocean light things to light it up.

The park only has three walls, so expansion is welcome as well. I have to go right now, but if nothing is going on the server when I get back I'll be making the area look better and more park-ish.

This is blatant and flagrant moderator abuse. That reason doesn't justify deleting a post in the slightest, especially since outright deleting posts is typically used only for severe spam.

I'm in the wrong here. I did see that there was cobble, possibly from the lava mess he's reffering to, and I did //regen. I wasn't aware that reverted the area back to it's original state so I'm waiting to see if I'm able to do roll back the tower or if I need to rebuild. It was my mistake and doesn't have to do with the conflict.

I'm not disagreeing with you. I don't want this to be a forum issue, so I said I wouldn't delete anything.

Actually, in lieu of recent events I actually do have a problem. Just because knux is the only one actively speaking out against you doesn't mean that he is the only one who has complaints. Your reply to knux is unsatisfactory, and it was essentially saying the same thing again: knux is the victim. You basically waved off his points rather than addressing them.

A lot of your replies to Ignoritus weren't addressing the issue either. From what I gathered they were either cocky remarks in how you apparently have the "upper hand" in this or how you supposedly have someone who can vouch for you which is bullshit until they actually do so.

You keep emphasizing your "evidence" and then expecting us to pull extraneous assumptions that can't be made from the evidence you've provided. Since I don't have access to WorldEdit I started rebuilding from memory.

Also, now that I've re-read your post I'm not sure if the lava Knux was reffering to was the one you and Choco did before the rollback, or if it's the new lava that was supposedly there. I only saw some cobble stone in the area and figured there was lava there a second time. Again, my mistake with the //regen thing, I'm rebuilding it now.
