No! You'll be in as long as you send me a level before October 13th.

You're allowed to use as many tracks as you want, just as long as they're under six minutes.

I think that as long as you don't claim them as your own it should be fine.

I wonder what the hub for this contest's Tower of Biased is going to be like? The last one was SMB2-styled, and that was pretty cool. Not sure what the others were like, since I've never played any of them, but still, you gotta wonder, huh?

Maybe it'll be styled after the Super Mario Advance Series and have the theme of old sci-fi flicks who even knows.

Wait, you can't test yours can you? Wow, seems challenging to be able to make a level but not test it.

True, but I made it as playable as I can without testing.

Yeah I have not started my level at all so chances are I won't be submitting it for this contest.

Don't worry though. I'll still do that again.

Oh come on, your level design is one of my favorite styles!

Although as long as AirShip is submitting I'm fine (and SM7)

Oh wait
practically everyone who makes good/cool levels.

As my first contest, I hope to make at least Tier 3. Good luck to everyone!

If a level looks nice but is simply no fun to play, I would personally rank it lower than a goofy parody level that's entertaining.
I agree with at this point, though a joke level is usually designed badly and filled with jokes, clashes and music that's suppose to be silly.

I think I'm tempted to agree with you here. A lot of people seem to believe that a joke level has to be designed badly, but I think that's because they've seen Cool Hills by BTB, which was designed with a lot of spam and badly-drawn versions of the sprites, but the real joke is actually NameUser's voice in sections 3 and 4 and the weird text boxes saying things like "I jizzed myself" and "lol NameUser's voice". Although I have to admit, the sloppy design and the spam all over the place did contribute to how funny it was, but it's so minor that the factors mentioned above make the level funny more than anything else.
