You're allowed to use as many tracks as you want, just as long as they're under six minutes.GameClip477 wrote:Quick question, is it ok I can use multiple music under 6 minutes or I can only have limited music that is exactly 6 minutes?
Go nutz sux. You wont get far doing that though...Sux wrote:Kaizo levels allowed?
I think that as long as you don't claim them as your own it should be fine.Blue Bomber wrote:Am I supposed to give credit to any CGFX I take for my level?
Wait, you can't test yours can you? Wow, seems challenging to be able to make a level but not test it.Blue Bomber wrote:This is my first CC, can't wait to see what tier my level makes it to!
True, but I made it as playable as I can without testing.KoolKat wrote:Wait, you can't test yours can you? Wow, seems challenging to be able to make a level but not test it.Blue Bomber wrote:This is my first CC, can't wait to see what tier my level makes it to!
Oh come on, your level design is one of my favorite styles!DarkMatt wrote:Yeah I have not started my level at all so chances are I won't be submitting it for this contest.
Don't worry though. I'll still do that again.

I agree with at this point, though a joke level is usually designed badly and filled with jokes, clashes and music that's suppose to be silly.Arale wrote:You can make a level that is designed to be fun while still being a joke.
If a level looks nice but is simply no fun to play, I would personally rank it lower than a goofy parody level that's entertaining.
I think I'm tempted to agree with you here. A lot of people seem to believe that a joke level has to be designed badly, but I think that's because they've seen Cool Hills by BTB, which was designed with a lot of spam and badly-drawn versions of the sprites, but the real joke is actually NameUser's voice in sections 3 and 4 and the weird text boxes saying things like "I jizzed myself" and "lol NameUser's voice". Although I have to admit, the sloppy design and the spam all over the place did contribute to how funny it was, but it's so minor that the factors mentioned above make the level funny more than anything else.zlakerboy357 wrote:I agree with at this point, though a joke level is usually designed badly and filled with jokes, clashes and music that's suppose to be silly.Arale wrote:You can make a level that is designed to be fun while still being a joke.
