Okay, you shut him up, but to prevent him from sending excuses? Okay, not sure why you did that. It's honestly not my problem if he's been talking behind your back, I had no intentions of that and there was no way I could prevent if it actually happened.
Imagine someone does something really stupid, you saw them do it, but you can't exactly prove it 100% but you're being penalized anyway. What I was doing was to prevent him from further trying to discredit me. The best way to say this is that it wasn't a moderation ban, it was a "I'm not letting you get away with this" ban. Since he went to NSMBX originally (I had to be notified by Kep about this), I did what I could to keep it from #smbx.

Yes, I was spawning in creepers around Knux. I don't think he clued you in to that I was doing it while he was placing/defacing signs. Doesn't make it right, I'm just saying. Also, I don't know where the other reports are coming from. It
may be from previously spawned creepers but Knux was pretty much alone.

This is the timeline of what happened:
Knux was the only one with TNT.
When I confronted him, he shouted my name.
I spammed the screenshot button.
He placed a redstone torch and blew up the TNT.
He accused me in all caps.
Nien, Murph, and I patched up the castle while Knux joined and left badmouthing me.

If you look around you'll see him talking about how if you run then fly you can fly faster, which implies he was flying. Unfortunately, I don't have screenshots of him flying around since I didn't know he wasn't supposed to be able to. You could always have him join for a second and hit him. If he doesn't get hit, he had creative if he does get hit then he's fine and I'm going nuts.

I'd prefer it if you hadn't of used Nuker since it is suspicious, a lot. WorldEdit is there for a reason, albeit I was a little late to implementing it because of serverside issues, it's still there.

Kind of revealing a "secret" here, but Spectator mode works wonders for that.

That would explain your insane block-placing speed, however when I questioned that, why didn't you tell me you were using FastPlace? You seemed to cover it up by saying "pretty high" when I asked how high your clicking speed was.
I'll use it sparingly or not at all if you want. For the last one, that's what the mod does. It makes my place speed high, I thought that's what you were getting at.

Well you've seen my screenshots so far, griefing happens each time Knux is online, Knux's story doesn't make sense, Knux is the one trying to defame me while I'm presenting evidence like I was asked to, and each time I'm online usually I and sometimes other OPs are cleaning up messes which would defeat the purpose of griefing. As you've said, Knux doesn't have any screenshots and when something happens he accuses me immediately.

As you've seen it's pretty difficult to get hard hitting screenshots for proof, especially for stuff like Michel was doing where he moves out of frame constantly or Jimb0v using the nuker (if you don't know nothing can be visually captured because blocks just disappear around the player and that can't be screenshotted), oh and the ban part I already apologized for after Jimb0v was banned since it's likely he put the griefed items in his chest but suddenly now that wasn't evidence so whatever. Until he griefs again, this is all I can do for you in terms of proving him guilty and myself innocent. I'll be PMing you more information as time goes by so nothing gets skewed.
