In Super Mario Odyssey, literally everything is a video game logic
I feel like Nintendo tries to make the least amount of sense in terms of logic in a Mario game, but I guess that's why we like Mario.

I'm not sure if somebody mention this logic, but screw it;

In The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, you can kill your shadow* off faster if you less max health.

*I mean Dark Link, from the Water Temple, but only if you have less hearts of maximum health

To be honest, that actually makes sense. Given that it is your shadow, it essentially copies what you got, and that would include your health as well.

This in turn means that it's faster to beat your shadow in a 3 heart run of the game, but at the same time, you also can be beaten easily.

Mushrooms help you grow but mushrooms kill you too, and your friend (Toad) is a mushroom too....? Plus I thought bricks were the very mushroom kingdom people but after it's restored there are still bricks in future games.

Nvm.....

It's better to wonder how many of those bricks were just plain old bricks to begin with.

I totally forgotten about this logic: In The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time:

The red clothes can make you survive volcano heats, while the blue clothes can make you breathe underwater for infinite time.

As long as there's heat, fuel and oxygen, you can have a fire. So given the right conditions you can indeed have fire underwater. Similarly, rockets use an oxidiser with their fuel to provide oxygen for the chemical reactions, so the engines can burn in a vacuum.

On a fireball-related note however, where is the fuel coming from?

In the Shinobi games*, every ninja dies after getting one hit by hazards!

*To be specific, the arcade version of the first Shinobi & Shadow Dancer

But it's not supposed to be logical, it's supposed to be magical

Magic isn't in real life. We just call things that seem magical because it's an event we're not use to seeing either regularly or at a certain frequency.
