and is there any info on the state of TGE10?
he's been quiet as of late, but last I heard he IS working on newer sequels
I wonder if he will make more TGE bootlegs until he reaches 20? Wow he is probably the person with most smbx episodes in the history of smbx.

Superbird111 is already the most prolific SMBX designer, he even suggested he'd make up to hundreds of Great Empires because Emre asked for them

Oh my, well at least we won't be short of smbx episodes anytime soon...

I mean, I want to say that it's absurd to plan out that many episodes but at the same time this is the guy that's pumping out 100+ world episodes like it's nothing

I wonder if the empires will keep growing monotonously ... TGE9 reached up to over 300 levels (not even counting bosses, enemy courses and bonus games).

Anyway, the ending of TGE9 was hilarious.

Got the 200th star from World 100 (booooi), then returned to the hub and entered the "Moon Castle" room (unlocked upon finishing all 100 worlds). Some apocalyptic plot etc etc and then the moon castle started. It's 8 short levels with a boss each. After killing the third boss, Mario froze, but the next level was not activated. The boss defeat jingle was played over and over and I could only wait until time being frozen down.

So instead I tried the "special world" which required all 200 previous stars. It's four short color-themed levels (red, yellow, green, blue in whatever order) and they led to one final bonus level which required all 205 stars (I added the one I couldn't get from the Moon castle). When I was done with that (it also sucked because many slopes are glitchy so you could fall from them), I wanted to go back to the hub to try the Moon castle after fixing the 3rd level, but I couldn't. The warp was simply not working.

Speaking of the bonus games, you were "awarded" items like in NSMBWii but of course you couldn't use any kind of "inventory". Pointless games really.

So yeah these are showings that superbird doesn't even do any proper playtesting.

At least Emre's account has been deleted.

The episodes actually partly remind me to my own older episodes.
They get better and better.
I actually liked TGE9.
That is not the problem. The problem is that he is claiming Knux' TGE Series.

You have these two i.e. you still have them installed on your PC? Were they good though?
(the downloads for TGE5 and 6 are no more)

They were surprisingly avarage.

Also, you can download them below the TGE9 video

yeah, I like TGE9 so far. boss 2 (Mummipokey) and boss 3 (Kooliganner) are too simple, though.
I'm currently at World 4.
its boss (saw via video) is one of my favorite bosses I've currently seen.

I really like SuperBird's TGEs by the way.
I'll continue on TGE9 now

I would really like them too if they weren't so poorly playtested.

Started TGE6, have to do a world map fix at World 1 already.

OH MY GOD

except he's even a bit early for the anniversary ...

and he disabled comments so I can't even ask if he playtested this time

I expect he didn't as usual, I'll do this nevertheless

The real question is HOW he does it so fast?
We take 3 years to make a single episode and he does 1000 worlds with 1000000 levels in each one, 70000 bosses and 484839 stars to collect

His levels aren't really good and he re-uses A LOT of assets so a lot of his levels look the same and their gimmicks are very similar.

This is like next-level shitposting. As I pointed out earlier in the thread, someone who has a considerably large audience has been continuing my series without my permission, when will this madness end?
now there's TGE10

If I'm not mistaken, The Great Empire 10 was released today.

Does this trailer kinda creep anyone else out? I don't know why but something is unsettling to me about the second half.
