If it's just a recoloured/restyled Mario it's pretty unlikelyMarioRPGExpert93 wrote:*Staying on Topic*
Speaking of Beta 4, I do hope my custom Sega Mega Drive Mario sprites* becomes a character costume on the release!![]()

Why? You can always replace the Mario GFX yourselfMarioRPGExpert93 wrote: Speaking of Beta 4, I do hope my custom Sega Mega Drive Mario sprites* becomes a character costume on the release!![]()
Yes, I've always wanted to play as King Harkinian in ToB7 and as Toad With A Giant Bobble Head in The Invasion 2.rockythechao wrote:The costumes are getting trimmed down in Beta 4; fewer "official" costumes means fewer sprite sheets to update when we finally have the powerup IDs extended.
That said, there's no reason the removed ones can't still be offered as their own downloads in the graphics forum or included in episodes (just copy the directory structure in the episode's main folder, so for example The Invasion 2>graphics>costumes>toad>Custom-ToadWithAGiantBobbleHead or Tower of Biased 7>graphics>costumes>link>SMB3-KingHarkinian)
But other people might want to play as the GFX tooElectriking wrote:Why? You can always replace the Mario GFX yourselfMarioRPGExpert93 wrote: Speaking of Beta 4, I do hope my custom Sega Mega Drive Mario sprites* becomes a character costume on the release!![]()
He can release it if he wants others to use it.Eureka wrote:But other people might want to play as the GFX tooElectriking wrote:Why? Use the right tester. PGE Alpha tester is NOT the one you should use. Be sure to test levels either by selecting LunaTester, or just pressing F5.NyanMC wrote:There are a lot of features missing in the editor, such as the new characters, spin jump, and certain powerup functionalities (such as not being able to spin with the tail) that work fine in the actual game. Thank you, that helps a lot, I think I just clicked the first one I saw thinking it was the correct one.Hoeloe wrote:Use the right tester. PGE Alpha tester is NOT the one you should use. Actually it's a 7zip file sooo... yeah only 7zip unless this post has an alternative download. I downloaded from horakitu (I got that wrong) otanes site and it gives 7zip fileTaycamgame wrote:You have to use winrar or 7zip to unzip the files.
If it's still "corrupt" after unzipping it, then you may have to redownload it.
