I woke up past midnight at a flapping noise inside my room. Confused, I turned on the lights and found a bat flying about.

I opened the window, left my dorm, closed the door and slept on the main floor's sofa.

No, I have seen more people that does that (even me when I was new)
A coincidence btw, February has lots of celebrations (like special dates and (in my case) a lot of birthdays), it even reached to become my favorite month

Been around for almost 3 years. Should I feel old?
I don't know, how many years does one have to be in the community to be considered old/veteran?
Around 4 in my opinion
I'd say anyone who was a part of the community prior to the launch of this site is a veteran, but technically speaking, anyone who was on the original forums is like, a super veteran.

But then what about users who will become veterans, would they be considered not official veterans? (I mean the people who will spend 4 or more years in the community now or in the future)

Guess I'm just a SMBX vet, since I joined in late September, 2014

It probably doesn't count but i've played the game (on and off but mostly off lol) since before the old website was taken down by Nintendo so I consider SMBX part of my childhood.

Everyone who stays long enough in a forum becomes a "veteran". Being a veteran certainly doesn't grant you any more features, though, and you shouldn't care too much about it.

Well, it was a typical day in my neighborhood, until for some reason a miniature tornado threatens my house. My mom and brother came out of the house (as well as myself of course) to, lo and behold, physically drag the tornado away and back into the sky. There was also another family there for some reason.
Oh also one of the rooms in my house is a parking garage, or was at least in a place resembling one, and it was quite large at that, much bigger than the actual house.
I feel like these dreams are my brain on a hangover after drinking too much alcohol (I never drank myself though, don't get the wrong idea).

Sometimes, I can hear footsteps and banging coming from upstairs, and I'm somehow the ONLY one who hears them.
That is insanely annoying, but don't worry. Hehe.
Anyways, I have heard a lot of things I don't want to come back to, and I played an old chess game against the computer with an old Windows Vista and when I lost (Being the little kid I was) there would be a threatening noise coming from the loss. Also, I was alone and the bathroom door was open and it was dark inside, (Across the room) so I just.. Left. (NOPE)

Same here! I feel like around 2012-2014 was the time where SMBX was being talked about the most.

I prefer Winter. It's easier to warm up then it is to cool down.
