Well, there are many cutoffs, that's something I can see wrong with them.
Where?
There are lots in the inner tiles if you look closer.

Pure Evil
And for some reason PGE doesn't pull up foreground BGOs, there are supposed to be ice BGOs somewhere in the image.

I think, you have config pack which contains misake with settings of BGO's 23,24 and 25 in the lvl_bgo.ini file at configs/SMBX/ folder. There are must be foreground BGO's, but in the INI file was mistake.
Reinstalling of config pack or
Installing a latest version of PGE (Editor 0.3.0.2 and Engine 0.0.10.1) will fix issue, but instead of re-downloading of 100 MB zip file you can
modify lvl_bgo.ini file yourself:
Z-Layer menas the layer: background-2 (under sizable blocks), background (regular state), foreground (over everything except lava blocks and foregorund NPC's), foreground-2 (over everything), and Z-Offset is relative offset between other items

Christ you're fast.
Also thanks, but I think this only happened to me once, the other foreground BGos worked nicely, I think it's because they're in the ground.

These underwater tiles look way too bright in my opinion.
Anyway, I made another recolor of famous (not really) SMW forest tileset:

I just took em from the Graphics Pack when searching for "Lake". It was the only result.

Nice bike about house which you just recoloured
I think, I will at some time draw graphics pack based on various real-like vehicles (I will also add into pack my ER-2 electric trainset art which I drawn especially for a train-riding level
which I posted at Talkhaus)

I want that E Coin!!!
Your background is cleverly made since I can see multiple layers (clouds and hills) combined into one. Your level design and graphical choicements are perfect so far.

I was recolored it with right palette.... (palette from SMW fences)
should I recolor it with custom palette?

I love the smell of my eyes burning in agony in the morning.
Nice mix of colours! I think you should add red pipes. If you're feeling fancy, have red and blue coins
