No, it's not Touhou project. Though Touhou elements are included in several levels, Touhou will not be the basic theme of episode.

Rinka spawners & Rinkas as well blocks fireballs, so boss is partically protected of fireballs, unless hitting his head.

Also, this needs more Rinkas.

While reghrhre's level is almost entirely bossfight, Spoonybard's has level as a level. And his bossfight is not far from start, when reghrhre's one should happen after a lot of pretty tough levels.
