Though it doesn't come with masts, fences or a few other BGOs, I have the main tileset finished. Yes it will be released.

This looks very cool. I really like them and I appreciate your hard work on those graphics. Looking forward to the final version of these.

Bossedit8: Thanks a lot Bossedit8, I have worked hard on this for the last few weeks and I'm glad to say it is nearly done. I think from memory, your NSMBU Airship masts would probably fit well with this in the mean time.

I would recommend when I release this tileset to use PlatGEnWohl's custom Tab feature, as most of the tiles are scattered throughout all of the Block Tabs and it will make it much quicker to put this together.
