I don't really like how everything looks so cluttered in that pic. The background should be darker and more varied as it looks really boring this way.

I honestly do not know what to call this. I started thinking on making some kind of Egyptian tiles and ended making some BeamBeam Kingdom-like tiles. Either way I want opinions about them so far.

Since a full Schedule in RL, there isn't much to do on my Project right now.
Instead i resume work on a smaller Thing - adding new Content to my SMB2-GFX-Pack. At the Moment i am working on NPCs:

I am about 70% done with them. The Autobomb is working almost like in the Original - you can stand on it without getting hit when it fires, you can kill it, and it even can go off Cliffs without falling Apart too fast^^ Only Slopes it dosn't like :-/
After that, i will add the Backgrounds into the Pack, to make it fully versatile for an SMBX-Episode.

Wow, those look amazing! Each individual one has flawless shading, and full 2x2 pixels with mixed colors along with SMB2's respectable palette. Could you give me a tutorial on how you make such HD-ish graphics? Via PM or here, I don't care.
